The HDC Mock Trial team began their season with a scrimmage against Battle Creek at the Stanton County Courthouse on October 29th.
HDC has two teams again this year. The Black team is shown above, consisting of mainly Juniors and Seniors. The case deals with arson and murder, committed to gain insurance money to bail out a failing business.
The teams will scrimmage against each other at County Government Day on November 17th, and will be in action on November 22nd at Districts in Columbus.
Scott Polacek is the coach, while Mr. Larry Karel of Schuyler is the attorney coach.
