Carter Bracht, a junior at Howells-Dodge Consolidated, recently submitted an entry in the National Youth Cyber Safety PSA Contest. Carter’s PSA is one of four national finalists in the contest. Carter’s entry is Staying Safe: Behind the Screen. Voting will end on May 15, 2016 and one vote is allowed per device. The winner will be announced in July at the National FCCLA Conference in San Diego.
