Prom Day Schedule
3:00: All Juniors at the Dodge Auditorium for class pictures with Kevin Gall.
3:30: All Seniors at the Dodge Auditorium for class pictures with Kevin Gall.
4:00: Servers arrive and take a group picture in their server attire with Kevin Gall, then servers set tables, practice skit and dance, and eat while the Juniors and Seniors are at church.
5:00: Prom Mass at St. Wenceslaus (optional)
6:00: Juniors and Seniors and dates arrive for the Prom Banquet; take breathalyzer test.
6:30: Banquet, followed by the Servers’ Skit and Dance
*7:45: Doors open for public; Freshmen and Sophomores arrive and take breathalyzer test.
*8:00: Junior and Senior Class “March or Promenade”. (Servers in their prom attire are announced also.) Then the Juniors and Seniors’ Parent Dance. Following this, the public is asked to leave.
8:30-11:30 Dance.
12:00 am-3:00 am: Post Prom at the Bowling Alley; take breathalyzer test.
3:00 am: Juniors return to the Auditorium to clean.
*These times are approximate; it could be a little bit later, depending on when the Server’s Skit and Dance is done and all of the banquet tables are cleared.
