FCCLA Babysitting Service Was Held December 8
The Howells-Dodge FCCLA Chapter hosted a free babysitting service for children in the community from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. at Howells-Dodge Consolidated Schools on December 8. Children who participated were: Kreightyn and Bryce Janata, Cael, Kinsley and Cora Jones, Eva, Ella and Emma Martin, Kylee and Madison Compton, Brittney, Brooklyn, Tyler, Trent and Haylee Faltys, Annalise and Caroline Wiemann, Trent and Hailey Svitak, Everly Cech, Tenley and Daxton Ernst, Emma, Emmett, Andi Jo and August Ortmeier, and Adalia and Ashtyn Ebeling.
Throughout the day, children enjoyed games, bingo, stories, puzzles, play-doh, coloring, snacks, lunch, playing in the gym, and movie time. The children also cut out Christmas cookies that were frosted and decorated.
FCCLA members assisted throughout the day and enjoyed spending time with the children. This project is done as part of the chapter’s Families First and Community Service projects.
