FCCLA Members Honored At FCCLA Banquet

The Howells-Dodge FFA-FCCLA Banquet was held on Monday, April 29 at 6:30 p.m. at the gym in Howells.  FFA Officers began the evening with an opening ceremony.  A delicious potluck meal was enjoyed by the members and their guests.  FCCLA awards were presented to all members by Mitch Yosten, Erin Prusa, and Jessi Brester.  Outstanding member award winners were Freshmen – Brooklyn Macholan, Sophomores – Harley Williams, Juniors – Callie Jackson and Seniors – Erin Prusa.  Senior FCCLA members presented a rose to their parents.  Honored as Chapter Parents were:  Brian and Amy Brester, Mark and Mary Prusa and Kevin and Chris Brester.  FFA Awards were presented.

 

Installed as FCCLA Officers for the 2019-2020 were:  District 5 Officer – Madyson Cech, President – Kyle Pickhinke, Vice President – Grace Kreikemeier, Secretary – Alex Recker, Treasurer – Luke Rocheford, Publicity Chairperson – Lexie Brester, Historian – Alyssa Coufal, Power of One Chairperson – Harley Williams, and Recreation Chairperson – Darrin Pokorny.  The FFA Officers were installed and the FFA Sr. Officer Retirement followed.  The closing was led by Mitch Yosten, FCCLA President.
