The Jaguar track team traveled to Lyons Decatur on Tuesday, April 14, 2026. There were 13 other teams at the meet. On the boys' side, sophomore Luke Belina placed 5th in the mile, senior Noah Coufal was 2nd in the 3200m, senior Andre Martin placed 2nd in the 110m hurdles, and junior Isaac Meyer was 5th. In the 300m hurdles, both Isaac and Andre placed once again, with Isaac coming 4th and Andre coming 6th. The 4x100 relay team that consisted of sophomore Oliver Belina, junior Jax Nelson, freshman Andrew Brester, and freshman Jarett Perrin placed 6th. The 4x400 Relay team also placed 6th. The team consisted of Andre Martin, Isaac Meyer, Oliver Belina, and sophomore Gabe Martin. The boys' 4x800 team placed 2nd with a team consisting of Luke Belina, Isaac Meyer, Oliver Belina, and Gabe Martin. In field events, Andre placed 1st in high jump, and Oliver Belina placed 6th in long jump.
The girls did well as well. In the 100-meter dash, junior Maura Cada placed 2nd, and junior Isabella Wegner placed 3rd. Maura placed 4th in the 200-meter dash. Freshman Brynn Throener placed 2nd and also placed 5th in the 800-meter run. Sophomore Audrey Praest placed 1st in the 100m hurdles and the 300m hurdles. Freshman Avery Bayer placed 5th in the 100m and 4th in the 300m hurdles. The 4x100 relay team that consists of Audrey Praest, Maura Cada, Isabella Wegner, and junior Kylie Brichacek placed 2nd. The 4x400 relay team placed 3rd. The team consisted of Avery Bayer, freshman Raegan Bayer, Kylie Brichacek, and Brynn Throener. In field events, junior Peyten Becker placed 1st in discus, followed by Kylie Brichacek, who placed 2nd. In the long jump, Isabella Wegner placed 2nd and also placed 2nd in the triple jump. Brynn Throener placed 3rd in the long jump, and Kylie Brichacek placed 4th. The girls won this meet as well with 112 points.
