FCCLA Week Celebrated Feb. 12 - 15
Launch the media gallery 1 playerThe Howells-Dodge FCCLA Chapter participated in Family, Career and Community Leaders of America Week Feb. 12-15. Activities were planned for each day by the members. Monday, February 12 was “Black, White and Red All Over Day” and FCCLA members wore their FCCLA T-shirts and took a group photo during noon. On Tuesday, February 13, the theme was “Careers In Action” and FCCLA members delivered boxes of FCCLA candy as a thank you to businesses in Howells and Dodge for all they do for our school and community. Wednesday, February 14 was “Inspired By FCCLA Day” and carnations, roses and decorated heart-shaped cookies were delivered for Valentine’s Day Sales. It was also Hush Day and Dax VanLengen received the prize for being “irresistible”. The theme for Thursday, February 15 was “Say Thanks” and rolls and juice were served to students and staff before school in the commons area. Treats were also provided in appreciation to the school staff.
