On Saturday, December 20, the Lady Jags took on the Clarkson-Leigh Patriots in Howells. The Jags won the game with a score of 50-30. H-D used a 13-0 run in the last 2 minutes of the first quarter to lead 18-2 at the end of the first quarter. The Lady Jags blocked 10 shots and had 14 offensive rebounds. Coach Scott Polacek said,

“Both nights we started a little slow, but got it rolling midway through both 1st quarters. The girls got us leads, which we were able to maintain. This was a big week for us to get us back on the right track.”

Leading the team in points was Kylie Brichacek with 16, Audrey Brabec with 10, Peyten Becker with 9, Kenadie Throener with 7, Brynn Throener with 6, and Addison Heard with 2. Leading in rebounds was Brabec with 9, Brichacek with 8, K. Throener with 7, Becker with 6, McKenzie Sindelar with 4, B. Throener with 2, and Heard with 1. Leading the team in assists were Becker with 6 and Brichacek with 4.
