Lady Jags with a tough battle till the end

On Monday, February 2, the Lady Jags took on the Stanton Mustangs. During the 1st quarter, the Jags led 15-11. It was a pretty rough 2nd quarter with the score being 25-27. After half, the Mustangs still had the lead with the score being 34-37. During the 4th quarter, it was a tremendous lead with the Jags pulling away with the win, with the score being 47-41. Kylie Brichacek led the game with 18 points, and behind her was Kenadie Throener with 11 points. The team made 5 threes, with Peyten Becker having the most with 2. On the defensive side, the team had 16 defensive rebounds. Audrey Brabec had 6, and behind her was Kylie with 3. Stanton kept pace with HD with a 15-18 FT performance, but the Jags outlasted Stanton at Oakland-Craig on Monday to advance to their first EHC semifinals in 8 years.
